Long-Reach Back Massage Gun — Extended Handle, 4 Heads
Most massage guns stop at your shoulders. The knot between your shoulder blades — the one that's been there since you started working from the kitchen table — stays exactly where it is.
This one is built differently. The extended handle puts 34cm between your grip and the massage head, so you can work across your own upper back, lower back and shoulder blades without contorting yourself or asking someone else to help.
What you get
- Extended reach handle — treat your own back, no second pair of hands needed
- Brushless motor with 10mm stroke depth, so it works through muscle rather than buzzing on the surface
- Stepless speed control — ease in gently or dial it right up, no fixed presets to fight against
- 4 interchangeable heads for large muscle groups, joints, pinpoint work and general use
- 2000mAh battery giving 4–6 hours per charge — realistically a month of regular use between charges
- Carry case included, so it stores tidily and travels without rattling loose in a bag
- 18-month warranty

Using it
Move it slowly across the muscle rather than pressing hard in one place — 1 to 2 minutes per muscle group is plenty. Keep it on muscle and away from bone, joints and the spine itself.
Check with a doctor or physio before using it if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted device, have circulation problems or varicose veins, are on blood thinners, or are recovering from a recent injury, fracture or surgery. Stop if it hurts.
